great food cocktail variety
the hotel has a lot of greenery. the water park was great and provided fun activities. i liked the food and cocktail variety. tennis was fun. i appreciated the diverse and delicious food. the cocktails at the bar were much to my liking!
the wifi was not good! i hope they improve the wifi in the future.

The staff worked hard, and I Appreciated the friendly service. I found the gardens to be quite beautiful, a definite plus. The gym impressed me. It was the biggest i have seen in a hotel. The food also offered great variety. I enjoyed the buffet options a lot.

tidy gardens professional behavior maintained beach entertainment team repetitive music limited dancing
the gardens were tidy. The waiters showed professional behavior in the main bar. Ahmed and his friends always ensured our glasses were full. The beach was also nicely maintained.
the entertainment team had a day off on sundays. The dj should reconsider his choice of music because it was quite repetitive. His music library was not very extensive. There wasn't much available for dancing.

the staff were very polite i found them friendly the food was good with enough options to eat different things every lunch and dinner i enjoyed the egyptian night the hotel grounds were also well maintained the room was a good size and very clean
the wifi was awful it was hard to keep in touch with family or check emails the wifi was genuinely the worst i have experienced at hotels locally i hope they improve this soon
